About Philip
Philip A. Besler is the Chairman of Besler Holdings, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare finance to his leadership role.
His extensive expertise includes analyzing and implementing federal and statewide reimbursement laws, monitoring federal and statewide reimbursement systems, assisting hospitals and other healthcare providers in the management of both regulated and non-regulated reimbursement systems, and representation on numerous healthcare committees.
Founding & Leadership
Since founding the company in 1986, Phil has been responsible for meeting the financial consulting needs of over 100 healthcare customers. Under his guidance, Besler has grown from a boutique consultancy to a leading force in healthcare financial management.
Prior Experience
Before founding Besler and serving as its President and now Chairman, Phil was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and earlier served the State of New Jersey Department of Health as Chief of Rate Setting.
